Alliance Healthcare UK‟s online ordering platform, Alliance Healthcare Direct, has introduced a welcomed new feature – ten minute stock updates. Accurate and reliable stock availability information is vital to customers‟ business success, and Alliance Healthcare Direct now includes quick access in its offering.
The improved functionality of the feature increases the stock updates from every 30 minutes to every ten, enabling better forecasting and planning for pharmacies, whilst the „self-serve‟ element removes the need for customers to call customer services.
In 2017 Alliance Healthcare UK launched its programme of implementing customer-focused improvements and innovations. This is the latest in a number of planned investments for customers – all designed to make doing business with the company easier, demonstrating how the company listens to its customers and works collaboratively with them.
